The Kettering DodgeBall League is being played every Wednesday evening at the Rockingham Triangle Sports Hall, Corby.
The first match of the night starts at 7:15 p.m.
Every team will play at least 2 matches each week.
You don’t have to enter a full team. Anyone, over 16, who wants to play can come along. You can play with one of the teams already there or we will put together a team for you, if there are enough individual players present.

A team must have 6 players on court at the start of play. All players must be at least 16 years of age, by the end of the year and team captains must be aged at least 18, at the start of the season. Ideally a team should have 8-12 players in the squad, to allow for holidays, work commitments, illness, etc.

League match rules are based on UK Dodge Ball Association rules, using International Dodge Ball Federation approved dodgeballs. These balls are specially designed not to hurt. Matches will be played as 7 two-minute games in league play and 5 two-minute games in tournaments.
Match Officials will be made up of players from neutral teams, if no independent referees are available.
